    Mark your calendars, The Broadlands Technology Committee has announced our movies and dates for our 5th year of Flicks in the Sticks!

    We're kicking off the season on Saturday, June 19th, with a total bang, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs! If you haven't seen this one, you are in for a treat. So join your friends and neighbors for a movie under the stars, all provided free of charge!

    Please note that our lineup has changed. Due to licensing costs to show Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, our second planned movie, we've had to drop it. Please join us instead for a classic from the 80s:

    The Goonies!

    just wondering -- how much does it cost to license a movie for public display like this?
    The Goonies is much better anyhow-- good choice! ;)
