    We are putting our Fitgerald model home on the market next week. 5 bed, 4 1/2 bath, with finished basement and deck on a terrific 1/3 acre lot. We are on the Mill Run side of town. If you or anyone you know would like to see the house, message me!

    could you describe the lot in more detail? cul de sac?, backs to neighbors etc, trees?, fence?

    The lot is fenced and lined with trees at the rear. It backs onto a walking trail. Our street ends on a cul de sac but we are not on the circle itself.
