Courtyard SF New Home

I am considering buying a new Courtyard home in Southern Walk area. Would love to hear from homeowners who bought in this area. The model I am looking at is the Cedarwood. The only thing I am concerned about is the lot size. If you are familiar with completed homes in this area of this model please email me so I can driveby and look at lot.

Lisa, while I don't live in that area, I do know what you mean about the lot size. From the layouts I've seen, IMHO, most of the lots barely make the minimums required by the county.

What were you planning to do on your property if you buy there ?

We purchased a birchwood model and moved in last Novemeber. We are in the process of installing a deck/patio. We have been approved for a deck/patio combination wich will give us over 400 sq feet of outdoor living space. That said I agree the lots are small but Birchwoods are located on corner lots and have fairly large front yards. I have noticed that the lot sizes vary some but no matter how you slice it they are the smallest in Broadlands short of a townhome.

We moved from a small townhouse in Alexandria so anything with a yard at all is a huge upgrade for us . We love our neighborhood and are really happy living here.
