    I am selling the Crate&Barrel Portico Sofa in the color of Spruce. This is a slip cover couch that retails for $2000. I purchase this couch for my theater/media room and but decided on a sectional as the Portico does not provide enough seating. This couch is only 5 months old and in excellent condition. It sits in my basement and thus hardly use. I do not smoke or have pets. I am asking $650. My lost is your gain.
