Dependable House Cleaner?

I'm all for the cleaning company.
Like many of you have already mentioned, it does take more than 20 minutes everyday to clean the house and for that matter, 20 minutes won't be nearly enough to put away all the toys in the family room. It should be more like an hour each day to keep the house clean. I'm a neat freak myself, so I do my daily cleaning after 8pm when my 5 year old is in bed. However, I do use this company called "Janitorial domestic Cleaning". I've been using them for more than a year now and on the scale of 10 (10 being the best) I'd rate them around 7. The service varis but the ladies are aswesome.. not too happy with the owner but hey, he's not the one cleaning my house.. I get the service every 3 weeks and I pay pay them $85 ( well, $95 (4 BR & 4.5 BATH), since I give ladies tips too). It's always 2 ladies, cleans top to bottom, in and out, behind the couch,, etc... love the result,, I'd rather spen $100 and keep the hosue clean then to do it myself which takes literally ALL DAY !
