    This wasn't inadvertently left out. As the first line states, it is published quarterly. The next one will be published in October.

    ??? Would'nt quarterly mean Jan, April, JULY and Oct??? I am not sure what you mean by not inadvertently

    The directory appeared in the June issue, so it will next be in Sept and again in Dec
