Dog poop in neighbor's yard

I am in agreeance with the twice a week cleanup being good. We just moved into our house and when we did our home inspection our yard looked liked a minefield in Vietnam. Little dog nuggets all over the yard. As we have just moved in we are aking the first week from cleaning so that our dog goes to the same area to poop which facilitates easy cleanup. We also wal our dog frequently as to keep the backyard from becoming one big poop heap.
