    I am scheduled to have nose surgery with Dr. Silva next month. I know he has (had) a great reputation as an ENT but in light of his personal troubles with tax evasion I am a little concerned about his personal state of mind. Has anyone had surgery with him in the past month? If so, how was the outcome?
