HOA Question Driveways

    I live on Huntsman Square. The first set of townhomes have had terrible rotting driveways since day one. Miller Smith wouldn't replace them. It is incredibly expensive to repair. Can we blacktop our driveways?

    I believe Huntsman Square has concrete driveways. Any repair or replacement would have to be of the same material as was used by the original builder.
