    · Position Summary:

    The Network Operations Center (NOC) is the 24/7 command center for response and resolution of technology incidents. NOC associates play a critical role in the client’s incident management by monitoring, diagnosing and troubleshooting and escalating incidents to tech support teams. Through this service and related operations, NOC associates get exposure to a broad set of technology and technologists. We are looking for multiple candidates and are hiring for several shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight.

    Responsibilities would include:
    · Meet and exceed established support service levels.
    · Operate / fulfill standard processes, policies and procedures for:
    · NOC support, including:
    · Proactive and reactive monitoring and incident response
    · Resolution of Tier 1 incidents to Escalation of issues to support teams
    · Logging, analysis and reporting on customer incidents to Tier 1 ongoing support tasks.
    · Enhance service capability, efficiency and agility through prioritized support projects.
    · Learn / adapt to new processes, policies, procedures and technologies for Tier 1 support.
    · Operate / fulfill processes, policies and procedures for changes Position Requirements:
    · Junior helpdesk-level troubleshooting skills.
    · Excellent work habits and organization.
    · Ability to work without direct supervision.
    · Extremely strong ability to learn and follow process

    Preferred candidates would also meet the following criteria:
    · Background in basic infrastructure knowledge / support.
    2 years of documented University/College IT Help experience is acceptable
    Education:
    AS or BS in Comp. Sci or Info Sys preferred.
