Lots of folks are asking about the guitar.

It's an Epiphone 6 string acoustic. While it is 30 years old, it's in great shape & comes with a hard shell case. I have not set a price yet. It probably needs the truss rod tightened.

    Kaosdad--

Sorry to hear about your mother's death. :(

Since I belong to a quilting and sewing circle as well as quilt for myself, do you have any fabric or clothes that can be re-used for quilting materials? Thanks for the information. If you do have fabric or clothing for quilting purposes, PM me or post here. I will be happy to check out your Estate Sale on April 5th.

    Have a good day--

I can tell you she had a TON of linens. We did come across other fabrics. I haven't had a good look at them yet, but she did do some quilting herself.

    Re: Estate/Garage/Rummage Sale Saturday--April 5th

    Brassy--

Thanks for the information about fabrics and linens. I am interested in viewing the fabrics, etc.

What time will the Estate Sale start and end on 04/05/07, Saturday? I am driving early Saturday AM to Fairfax County for a business meeting with some architects and builders for our Mennonite Bulk Foods/Cafe business plans. Yes, Saturday is a working day for me--oh well!:rolleyes3:

I would like to stop by early Saturday AM if possible (not to early to bother "y'all") and check out the fabrics and linens. How much would Kaos be asking for the linens and fabrics and also what do you have to sell? Also, what type of linens did your mother-in-law own? Antique laces or linens possibly?

You can PM me if needed. Thanks again.

    Kaosdad--

Sorry about the "early bird" question. I didn't see the start time of 9 am for your Estate Sale. Twins and quads were being noisy in the background yesterday while I was typing.

My appointment with our architects/designers is not till after 11:30ish am. May I come by about 10 am if that is convenient on Saturday? What will the "dickering price" be for a "bag of materials"?

Tell Brassy that I will check it out on Saturday AM. Thanks again and sorry for your loss of your mother.

    Blessings--

    Foodie -

I have no idea as Brassy saw the bag and I did not. I was the "Strong Back & Weak Mind" for the day. Come on by and rummage! COme to think of it - I have one bag of vintage 60's & 70's clothing that's rather wild.

Thanks for your well wishes. It was all very unexpected.

OK - who took my sign?

The guidelines allow for grage sale signs to be posted the day before the event and removed as soon as the event is over. I out a sign out front of the house this AM and now it's gone.

    Gimme back my sign!!!!!
