We recently removed a portion of the wooden fence around our yard. We have 10 sections (with a gate and posts included) available. Please call if interested. 571-333-9447

It's the open picket fencing with a concave top. The fence was installed by the previous owners 2 years ago.

What height is it, and how much are you looking for for it?

Nutria - if you do acquire the fencing, please submit your application form to the Modifications Sub-committee before installing it.

    Cheers!

Of course!! The fencing is about 50% complete around our property right now, and I've been meaning to complete it since we moved in so that my daughter can run around outside without us having to chase her hard if she heads off towards the road. I fully intend to get HOA approval before I put anything up.

Speaking of which, I'm pretty sure when I walked down my road a few weeks ago that one of our neighbors had a white vinyl fence out back - I thought they weren't allowed here? It looks nice enough, I just thought they were forbidden. :)

It is the standard 4 ft. fencing that is typically seen in the Broadlands. We are asking $150. If you'd like to see it, please call, someone is usually home.

Thanks. I emailed you separately for details for where to come to see the fencing.
