Flyover open

I drove over the flyover bridge early this afternoon from 28 to waxplool. My first impression was not a bad view until I got to where the flyover ramp goes along side the ramp from 28 coming from the north where a large dump truck thought he could just fly into to my lane until he noticed the flyover was open and he barely stayed in his lane until I passed him.

My first impression, nice view and could be a place to park on the shoulder on weekend nights for the high schoolers to enjoy the lights from up there while necking.
