Food Preservation, CSA(s), Farmers Markets, Other Food Savings Sites

    You are right. Except I use No Salt No Fat broth--no fun--either:boring:--but it works for us.

    Fellow Foodies--

    With the Spring season around the corner (hopefully:happygrin:), alot of farmers are readying their farms to accept members for their CSA(s)--Community Supported Agriculture. Besides what the Washington Post recently listed in their Food section recently of local CSA(s), there are more choices than you can "shake a stick at".

    If you wish fresh and locally raised fish (trout), PM me or post here, and I will supply a local farm that is an aquaculture farm. I will be happy to post CSA(s) on this post closer to March 2008. Good eats--
