    Me thinks they are a bit starry eyed on that view. I bet actual satisfaction surveys would say otherwise. 'very satisfied' or 'complacent' because they have no viable alternatives?

    But in this case.. what the woman did was totally irresponsible. Take the same story and replace 'hammer' with 'gun' and you'll see how ugly such behavior escalates to.

    Well when you push people to the brink ugly things happen.

    You are right steve this woman could of used a gun and guess what there could be a lot of dead people because this company. Before I end if she shot and killed those people they will never never come back to their families just because a company failed in their job and is basically an monopoly that most don't have any other good choices. Good people do go crazy when pushed to the brink. It will then be too late for the dead ones and there families. So what good does it do when you don't give the customer what they paid for.

    Now I know why all my issues with comcast(adelphia) have been resolved in the last month which has been years in the making. I probably should applaud this woman:clap: the lies the lies that I was told over the years is unbelievable.

    Customer service has gone way down since Bush has been in office. From airlines to about everything. Know why there have been too many laws put into effect to protect the big guy from the little guy. But if this lady used a gun like you say steve nothing would bring the potential dead back, just because of poor customer service.

    I don't know what is going on but.......

    I just my comcast bill today and I am ecstatic.

    That is correct I am ecstatic ecstatic ecstatic :clap::clap::clap::clap:

    Yep all my picture issues have been fixed a few weeks ago even tho they had to send a tech twice they both were superb and they also sent an outside guy to look at the signal power at the main box and line down the street.

    The gave me a huge credit and my new monthly bills for the next year with more premium movie channels. Will be way over a third less. I did have sign a one year contract but I know fios will not be on my street for at least that long so that was not a problem.

    I love Comcast:):)

    Now there's something you don't hear everyday!

    I'm not advocating what the woman did, it's not something I would do myself. But to me it's a story about how the big guys pushed the little one around so many times that the little guy finally snapped and this is what it took for the big guy to wake up. :rolleyes3: Why you gotta throw guns into the picture? :) Still trying to make the Bush -> crappy customer service connection though... :conf2:
