    If you or someone you know has not owned real estate for the last three years then they may qualify for up to a $7500 dollar grant. This program matches funds five times for each dollar the buyer comes up with. So if they have about $2500 total cash and a few lines of good credit they may be able to buy a starter home.

    The 2011 income limits are:
    1 Person - $58,000
    2 Person - $66,266
    3 Person - $74,533    ​

    4 Person - $82,800

    With prices low and interest rates low it is a historically great time to buy!
