Garage Doors

    Do Garage doors have to be wood? Are metal allowed?

    I have looked in the HOA guidlines but there is no specific topic of Garage Doors. Any help would be appreciated.

    Steel doors are allowed, however unless you are replacing your door with the exact type and style which you currently have, you must submit an application to the modifications subcommittee prior to beginning the project.
