glebe view question

    i admit i'm being lazy as i could probably find out at the nature center, but it's too hot out.
    here's the question: only one side of glebe view has homes on it, yet there is electrical/sewer evidence that more homes will be built.
    any idea when/if this will happen?

    There will be homes built there, probably in the next year or so.

    How come there aren't any signs up, designating lots?
    How come they are not available at the sales office?

    Those are questions for Van Metre, my quess is that they're not ready to do anything with those lots yet.
