Thanks to all our customers who celebrated our first "Grand Opening" Day today with us. Some of you waited a lengthy amount of time for your order to be filled. We appreciate your time and patience and hope you enjoyed your meal. The phone orders didn't stop and the line was out the door and around the turn. For those of you who could not wait... we hope to see you again in the near future. For those of you who could not get through on the phone, we hope that you would not get discouraged and continue to attempt to call your orders in. Although it was very hectic, we enjoyed meeting new folks and serving you this evening. As we progress, we will do our best to keep your waiting time to a bare minimum. We suspect the crowd today was directly related to the "Grand Opening." While you wait, enjoy some savory samples from our new menu. If we don't offer you a sample - Just ask for it! We are more than happy to share our delicious food with you. We look forward to seeing you again at our "home away from home" for a "Real Italian Experience to Remember."

I appreciate your honesty as we were a family of five that waited and waited but the line was too long and everybody was beyond hungry. I did notice that you had 8 - 9 people behind the counter and that is great if they are all working but it seemed that there were very few who were actually doing the work. I know that people may be excited about your grand opening but as in any kitchen you can only have so many cooks. There were people standing around for 15 minutes that did absolutely nothing. In all honesty it was pitiful. I don't want to sound or slam you too hard but if you don't work out the bugs you won't have to worry about long lines.

One suggestion is to have separeate pick-up line for people who have order ahead so they don't have to wait with people who are ordering their food.

You may have NY Style pizza, but the speed of movement was typical of this area, slowwwww.

It will take us awhile before we come back and visit based upon the poor performance.

That is a great suggestion to have a separate pick up line - it will be implemented and hopefully will help reduce the waiting time. Thanks so much for your suggestion. Be sure to visit us again soon!
