GREAT DEAL on Virginial Beach Rentals (06/04 to 06/11)

This is our timeshare that we can't use this year. The luxury suite is within Ocean Beach Club Hotel, a high end resort right on the beach (http://www.vboceanbeachclub.com). The hotel resort has a guest rating of 4.4/5.0 on Expedia. Please check out the website, you will want to spend your time there!

1)One bedroom suite , $1100 for the whole week (06/04 to 06/11, sleeps 4)
It includes one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with pullout sofa bed, plasma TV in living room, Jacuzzi Tub in master bath. Baby cribs can be provided at no cost upon request.
The lowest (not necessarily available) price from the hotel above for the same week is ~$1900 (including tax). The price on Expedia is ~$2100 plus tax.

2)One bedroom studio, $750 for the whole week (06/04 to 06/11, sleeps 2)
It includes one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bath, mini kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator.
The lowest (not necessarily available) price from the hotel above for the same week is ~$1400 (including tax). The price on Expedia is ~$1400 plus tax.

3)The suite and the studio above can be combined into one 2 bedroom suite (sleeps 6) for a bigger family, $1750.
Resort Amenities: Oceanfront Pools, indoor pools, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Game Room, High speed Internet access (surcharge).
