We recently ate at the Harry's Essential Grille in Vienna near Tysons Corner. Great brunch on Sunday's from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.!

Dinner is great also! The restaurant uses organic meats and vegetables. Since I am a food scientist and studying to be a Registered Dietitian, I highly recommend the restaurant. They use no trans fats and have a seasonal menu for their restaurant fare. I put the owners and executive chef in contact with some organic farmers, co-ops, and vendors that I have worked with professionally in my "past life" before I stayed home. They are located at the old Fedora's cafe site.

Since I have quads and also twins on the way, I think this restaurant is family friendly. Prices are great too.

If anyone wants nutrition and food information--please post a question and I will respond gladly.

Good eats at Essential Grille. Their web site is essentialgrille.com.

Check it out for great cuisine.
