Need Advice Hairstylist and colorist recs?

I'm looking for a new person to do my hair. I've been going to the same place for the last year and a half, and while it hasn't been bad, it hasn't been great either. I'm looking for someone who does kinda hip, young cuts. I'm pretty picky about my highlights, so I need a good colorist too.

 

I go to Jeanette at Salon Nordine in Reston Town Center. It's not cheap but she does FAB color.

 

Go to Karley at Salon Ten in Leesburg This salon is voted best in area, tell her Joanne sent you, I was going to the same person for many many years and when she stoped doing hair I was in a panic but I found Karley she is great for Hip cuts for young and mature woman:

I use Kim at Joy Salon (Next to TopKick Martial Arts). She is wonderful with color! They recently hired another stylist but I will only go to Kim.

 

I LOVE Carrie at Salon Ten! She has been coloring my hair for years!

 

Kim's daughter at Joy Salon is very good also. I don't remember her name.
