Harris Teeter Shopping Center - Starting work too early?

    Aren't they supposed to wait until 7AM to begin work? Several times over the past couple weeks they've been starting much earlier. Today was 6:45ish but last week one day it was closer to 6:30. My middle-schooler is getting quite frustrated at it and so am I! Who can I contact? I know this isn't the first time this has happened! Thanks!

    Construction in this area frequently flaunts the noise ordinances, as does AAA when they dump the trash from Bonefish at 5:00AM on Saturday.

    They do this b/c by the time an officer comes around they are long gone. And good luck getting one to stake it out.
