Help Desk Specialist Junior in Vienna, VA

G&B Solutions, Inc. has an opportunity for a Help Desk Specialist, Jr. in Vienna, VA.

This position is to provide Tier 1 call center support to external clients. Applicant must have experience providing technical support via the phone. The job also requires documenting tickets and writing clear explanations for resolutions.

Qualifications Required
1 year of technical support on the phone
1 year experience working in a Help Desk environment
Good phone etiquette and a positive demeanor
Must possess a Secret Clearance
