HOA Docs

    I'm in the process of selling my house and called Armstrong for the HOA documents. I had 2 choices of how I wanted them delivered, either printed through the mail which would take 10-14 business days, or the cheaper electronic version which takes....10-14 business days.
    Can someone explain to me how an email takes 10-14 business days, am I missing something? Just curious.....didn't get an explanation for this oddity.

    Because either way you have to have the documents pulled for your home as well has have an inspector come to your home and verify that everything is in compliance with our HOA documents. The 10 to 14 days is the amount of time it takes for the process - not necessarily how long it takes for you to get it. As far as getting the documents printed or emailed it may be cheaper to have them emailed but you may still have to print them depending on who your buyer is.

    I requested the docs last week. I already recieved them yesterday. So i think they put a max number on there..They delivered the print version in a week.

    Did you have to call Armstong Directly or can you call the HOA office?

    he request must go through Armstrong management. The quickest way to order them is online. Go to www.armstrong-mgt.com, click on the Request Resale Documents icon on the home page and follow the prompts.
