    What are the fees to obtain the HOA paperwork/booklet/packet when you are selling a house?

    It depends where you live and what mode of delivery you want.
    Go to www.armstrong-mgt.com and click on the "Resale" icon on the home page. You will find all the information regarding required forms and fees there.
