    $719,9.
    I need some brutally honest local advice....we have relocated and are hearing from the realtor that the price should be reduced further. ($699) I'd kind of like to hold on and see what the spring market brings. What do you guys think?

    Personally the spring market is going to tell it all for at least the near future and the rest of 2006 and even through 2007 and possibly beyond.

    My realtor told me last week that the market is picking back up -- it's one reason why I bought my new townhouse in the winter, even though I'm not moving until march so I can put my condo on the market in the spring season :)

    Charles, just be thankful that Troy Smith was not the full time starter at the beginning of the season. The offensive was MUCH better with him behind center and I truly believe that Texas would not have beaten the Buckeyes with all their turnovers.

    But I still give them props, they had a GREAT year! Albeit in a down year for the Big 12 conference.
