    What are the HOA guidelines with regards to operating a business that brings traffic into the neighborhood?

    I have a new neighbor that is having a great number of people coming and going seven days a week. It seems they're running a class of some kind.

    During the same night as the BoS vote on the OpenBand franchise, there were several people speaking about another issue with a new county law. Apparently there was some law that was coming about because of traffic in neighborhoods that was generated by home-based daycares. I didn't hang around long enough to see the outcome, you might want to investigate the outcome of that discussion?
