Lee, if you're buying a home with "investment" as your number one priority, then you deserve what the market gives you. Most people buy a new home because they have to...a growing family needs a bigger home than they have. Or, there might be a myriad of other reasons to move. People's motivations are as different as snowflakes. Quit preaching reductions in values of new homes- it's all relative ie. the "spread" between someone's current home and a new home willl usually always be the same.

 

Wow I get back this afternoon thru my new shortcut on the new Loudoun County parkway that was announced in the paper today will open next week.

I have as good as neighbors as anyone can have on this street it is really is a special street in Northern VA. Hmmmm I wonder if I said anything bad about my neighbors on this forum now that you know them ha ha ha ha
