Homes are upping Taxes

Developing the commercial tax base is a priority for Loudoun, which is currently building 27 percent of the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area's housing inventory. But the more fiscally beneficial commercial sector is always a challenge to build – and Rosenstrauch is determined to do it.



Like I have said high end commercial tax base is critical to keep Loudoun healthy. Without it the roads are not going to get built to tie the dots and the school budget will only get worse and taxes will just get higher.
