Who wants to sell in Broadlands?

I know a party who would like to purchase a SF home in Southern Walk.

They are not contingent on selling a home and have a very good situation.

They can close in two weeks if needed.

Are you a licensed real estate agent? If so, you do know that it is in violation of VREB regulations to advertise in anyway without disclosing your name, brokerage/office name, address, and phone number?

 

I do not condsider this to be public advertising since it is restricted to members only in this neighbor hood. If I am mistaken and you would like to speak with me that is fine. I am not trying to mislead anyone. I am trying to not advertise my services or I would most likely put all of the information you mention in my message. This should convey my intent is genuine.

If the law speaks to private neighborhood forums, I will stand corrected and will always as long as the rules of the forum allow gladly post all of my information which is public information. Also, if you look me up in the Advertiser section of the forum,it does say that I am with Keller Williams Realty. I am new to the forum so please forgive the offense if any was taken.

powerhouse... this is not a "restricted" forum and any one can become a member and is open to the entire public. I think it is easy to read your post and get the impression that it is an "advertisement". There is a special thread for advertisers as I think you mentioned, and businesses are free to post in that area.

This is my opinion and I am just trying to be a good neighbor too. But your message seems a little more like "advertising" to me than anything else.

ps. the model home is for sale... on Ainsley court and may be purchased for much lower than advertised, just negotiate from what I hear.

 

There is a house on Highview Trail that has been empty for months. Maybe your buyers would like it? Last I saw it was even listed for below what the original owner paid for it.
