I live in an end unit townhome and was wondering if there are any restrictions on irrigation systems for townhouses. Would it need to be approved by the HOA?

    Thanks,

Just my advice, but make sure to inspect your Plat very carefully for easements since you are an end unit. I am guessing you have sidewalk and street on some part or near your property. You run a risk by putting sprinkler heads inside an easement area.

And unless something has changed, which I doubt (my opinion) you do not need an approval for an irrigation system. You are not modifying anything during installation I assume (like grading or drainage) so there is nothing to see after they are done.

And Easy Living Irrigation does a great job and at a reasonable cost (my opinion based upon experience, research and recommendations). And as always, I would recommend a reading of the modifications documents and a call to the HOA office to confirm this.

Sprinkler systems do not need to be approved by the Modifications Subcommittee
