ISO townhouse or single family home to rent

    We are looking for a townhouse or single family home to rent in Sept/Oct time frame. We are looking for a lease through August 2014. We have rented in Broadlands for two years but our owners need their house back. Would prefer Mill Run district. We have one dog and one cat but are very responsible pet owners and willing to pay a pet deposit. Can provide references. Anybody know of anything?
