Has anyone looked into the new nail salon on Wynridge yet?

 

As a nail salon I think it's okay. They are still trying to work out the kinks in terms of scheduling and timing. I sat with my feet soaking for about 45 minutes before someone came to start the pedicure, but it was a good pedicure overall. However, DO NOT get your haircut there. Mine was a disaster. Asked for two inches to be taken off the end and she took off 5! Then the stylist argued with me saying that most people don't know what two inches looks like (I took a piece off the floor and measured it--it was 5 inches).

 

I was not impressed w/ the pedicure and I'm not a fan of the set up w/ lots of chairs in a row like an assembly line.

 

I went to Joy Salon & Spa for a pedicure today. I had one of the Spa Pedicures done, so it was a little pricey at $50, but it lasted for over an hour.:happyclap:

One thing I really liked is that they started my own box with nail file & buffer in it. They wrote my name on it and the last four digits of my phone number so the next time I go there, they'll use it. I've never been anywhere else that does this, so I don't know how common it is.
