    You know the FSBO by Ryan Rd. & Shellhorn & Waxpool? It mentions that it's zoned for commercial. It's been for sale for quite some time. Are the people looking to actually sell the house for someone to live in or to someone to build on it.

    That triangle is sited for a strip shopping center. Since Shellhorn is going to be cul-de-sac'd before it reaches Waxpool when the Broadlands connection goes through, I think alot of builders are taking a 'wait and see' attitude to see what the traffic is going to be like past that area before they commit to build.

    Its either all owned by one developer, or the last house has a option-to-buy against it by that developer.
