The LCSO & my other half managed to put a leash around him a few minutes ago.

We brought him to our house & will keep him until Animal Control (LSCO called AC) to pick up the dog. Poor thing is wet and shaking (the storm must have freaked him out), we are giving him water & treats until he is reunited with owner or AC picks him up.

 

You are such nice people to take the time and effort to help this lost dog.

 

Actually, we are just doing what we would hope other neighbors would do if one our dogs got loose and ran away from home.

Coincidently Animal Control & LSCO just picked up Digitty (sp?) and has contacted the owner.

It appears the owner lives on Cloverleaf and had 2 dogs that escaped (Diggity +1) the screened in porch during the thunderstorms, but AC has both of their dogs and is on the way back to return them.

Yeah happy ending.

 

Yippee. Poor little guys must have been so scared.
