Landscaping Service Noise

Are there noise guidelines/hours for lawnmowing/weedwacking/blowing by Commercial Services in our community?
I have noticed more and more of these service companies seem to be coming earlier and on weekends. It is especially evident after it rains when they try to catch up. Like 7:30 am on a Sunday!
I hate to ask to because I suspect many of them are already breaking US Immigration Laws and they are just doing their work.

 

Not sure about Sundays, but the rest of the week the start time is 7:00 AM.

 

They should start later on the weekends (9am) which I think is the time homeowners are permitted to mow their lawns. Some homeowners around here could use a reminder too. I have a neighbor that likes to break out the leaf blower at 7AM! What's that about?

 

Maybe have a talk with your neighbor?

 

wow that is really early on weekends i sleep in because none cuts the lawns! But i cut ours around 10 - 10:30AM so not to early! but that really stinks to have someone cutting there lawn at 7:00AM i wouldn't like it at all.
