Late HOA Payment

    I received a bill in the mail on Saturday stating that Armstrong had not received my payment and that I would now need to also pay a late fee. I pay through my bank and logged on to confirm that while the check sent was dated for the 1st, it wasn't cashed until the 14th. To further add to the mystery, my neighbor mentioned that she too got hit with a late fee, and she also pays through her bank.

    Has anyone else gotten hit this month?

    Please contact the HOA office and they will be able to track down what happened.

    You should call Armstrong directly for billing issues. The office staff would simply be the middle man between the two. If you still believe there is an issue they can send details to the Board.
