Looking for a house

    Greetings,

    My husband and I are looking to buy a home in Ashburn. We absolutely love Broadlands...it is our first choice in terms of community! Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a lot of inventory at the moment.

    We are looking for a single family home that has at least 4 bedrooms, a walkout (or walkup) basement, and a beautiful lot...preferably backing to the woods! Our price range is in the 600's. If anyone has neighbors that are considering selling a home that meets our needs, we would be very grateful for the heads up!
