We're thinking about a flagstone patio and would like recommendations for a company/someone to do the work.

    hirsutus,

we had EF Construction do a walkway for us, very excellent work and they were quite a bit cheaper than all other bids. We found them via two different landscape firms who recommended them for all hardscape stuff. Before signing the contract, I recieved a long list of referrals and called about 4 of them -- all gave rave reviews.

Be sure to look into stamped concrete. It looks just as good and can save you a boatload of money. We used CJ Salzano and are very pleased with their work.
