Looking for a part-time Resource Manager!

**This is a perfect opportunity for a mom who wants to work and make some money while the kids are in school! This position can be filled by a qualified individual who is looking to work part-time and can be flexible to establish a schedule that combines both working from home and in the office

**20-32 hours per week is ideal

Primatics is looking for a part-time Resource Manager to:

• Develops a skills database for ease of matching opportunities with skill sets
• Staff resources on engagements
• Collaborate with the Account Director, Delivery Services leadership and Engagement Leads to implement staffing decisions
• Perform capacity planning
• Work with Recruiting to identify and hire team members
• Reporting metrics about client productivity, resource ratios, and bill rate comparisons
• Perform forecasting of wage spend based on capacity needs
• Review and identify ways to optimize delivery costs

The ideal candidate will be able to meet the following qualifications:

Related industry experience – solid understanding of project management and ability to learn new business concepts
• Knowledge of OpenAir or other similar resource planning and staffing software
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills a must
• Ability to weigh different views and make quick decisions
• Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives
• Must be committed to achieving results - ability to understand both strategic impact of decisions yet able to operate at a tactical level to accomplish tasks with proven ability to take initiative to solve problems independently
