Need Help! Looking for a Trainer at Life Time Fitness

    I am looking to hire a trainer 2x a week for two months. I do not want to commit to a 6 month contract. I want to see how much I can learn and do for myself and use the trainer for guidance and targeting the right exercises for the right area. Any one a trainer who can recommend one?

    I am a member at Life Time Fitness - I have trained many in the Army and at Golds Gym - It would not take long to get on a routine - for life - at no cost...
