And I don't mean JUST engraving.

Short story - I am designing a display for an insanly valuable Military Award and I need someone who works with acrylic to help.

Long Story - Brassy's granpa was (is?) MGEN William H. Rupertus USMC. He was on Guadalcanal after the Navy bugged out leaving the Marines short on supplies. One of the men of the 1st MARDIV took some captured metal working gear & fashioned 50 commemorative medals of the occasion. These are the Faciat Georgius medals:

This by itself is amazingly important, but we also have these:

Note the certificate - Number 2!!!!

So, I want to design a display that puts them all together, displays well AND preserves the items.

    Help?

edit: No, it doesn't need to be an incorporated store front. If you do acrylic work as a hobby & can polish edges & such, I would love to hear about it.

have you checked out Crown Trophy? tell Curtis that Aphioni sent you if you decide to check them out... you know where to my MY full opinion of their work but short story: ALWAYS do great work for the projects I've sent their way.

They took the first article ever written about me and mounted it onto a gorgeous plaque. They created a beautiful "Best Dad" award from The Boy's idea of a Christmas gift to The Man.

It's a good place to start anyway- if Curtis can't do what you want- i think he has the integrity to send you someplace that CAN. good luck- sounds like a marvelous project!
