Need Help! Looking for townhouse to rent in Briar Woods district

I am looking for a 3-4 bedroom townhouse to rent immediately in Broadlands or elsewhere in the Briar Woods school district. We live in a single family home in Broadlands that we sold and need to move by May 26. Please reply if you know of a rental or of a house for sale that the owners may be willing to rent. I know of a end unit for rent on Halburton Terr, as of last Friday. It is a few blocks past the SW pool.

 

There is a two garage end unit at the end of Field Station Ter that is for rent by the owner. You can see the home made sign from Demott.

There is also a middle unit (one car garage) on Welby Ter (near the intersection of Welby and Field Station). That one is being rented out through Long and Foster.

I don't have the exact house numbers off the top of my head but I can get them if you are interested. They are both three bedrooms.

Correction the end unit/two garage place is on Ivywood (next street down) not Field Station.

 

there is townhome on Welby Terr for rent. Know the owners. Nice folks.

I haven't seen anything. My place is going to be on the market end of July, but that's of no help to you. If I see anything, I'll be sure to post here.
