Looking to Rent House in Broadlands

We are looking to relocate to your lovely community this spring/summer. Looking to rent initially until we sell our current house. Just opened a business locally. Professionals with 2 children under 5 yrs, small (12 lb) friendly housetrianed dog, and 1 caged parrot. Looking for lease of minimum 1 year, possibly longer. References available. Looking for single family, minimum 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths, prefer garage, fenced yard but open to all possibilities. Would prefer Broadlands but if anyone has friends in Ashburn, Brambleton, etc looking to rent that would possibly work as well. Timing is flexible. Thanks
