    Interesting article. I would think that the titles of "Top 5 places to live in the US" and "fastest growing in the US" are mutually exclusive, though. With our rapid growth, it would seem that QOL in the county would have to decrease. Unless, of course, we have stellar growth planning -- which I don't see at the moment...

    Darn it! I was trying to get us talking about a happy subject.:)

    Anyway if word of this news spreads, our home prices should continue to go up!

    I would be interested to know where they got the figure of $202,300 for the median home value. Seems pretty low.

    It is based on the 2000 census data which is why
    it is much lower than what the median is today.

    Virginia has 8 counties in the top 50 including
    Fairfax at #10.
