Can anyone recommend a decent motorcycle store? Anything but Loudoun Motorsports. We've have had horrible experiences with them, both their sales and their service (lets just say they sold us a lemon and it's been 3 weeks since we dropped it off for a simple repair. They've had the parts for a week-we should get it back today-"if they get to it"-that's what we were told this morning).

We're looking at either a new Yamaha or Honda. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

We did go to the shop in Herndon-sales guy seemed really nice. We also went to Coleman Powersports in Falls Church. Looking at getting the "naked" sport bike-either the Honda 599 or the Yamaha FZ6 (kind of leaning toward the Yamaha, but still somewhat undecided). We'll check out Manassas. And thanks for the replies...

I just wonder how long the Herndon shop might be around. They’ve changed hands a few times. I’d go with the Yamaha. I’ve actually been doing a little research into that model. It looks like a great all-around machine and make a note of the 26k mile valve adjustment intervals! I’ve been taking my BMW GS into the shop every 6k and it's getting a little old. There is another Yamaha dealer down in Warrenton. More like a Mom and Pop operation. It’s a little far, but might be worth the ride for good sales/service - Blalock Cycle (540) 347-4591. Please post your decision and I’ll keep an eye out for you on the road. Thanks.
