    We're looking to rent a townhouse in Broadlands (North) or Southern Walk by May 17th. We are good for roughly $1600 a month and we have excellent credit. Please email, and we can coordinate details.

    I believe one that was for sale just went for rent on our street (Hawksbury) off Village Dr. across from pool...

    My wife is a real estate agent and I copied your post to her email. She frequently works with renters. She would probably be happy to email you what is available in Broadlands at that price. But, good luck with the Hawksbury listing.

    There's one on Tumbletree (Village Dr. extended) for rent. Not sure price. Agent is with Re/Max - Jonathan Benner-Ortega (sp?).

    There is a t/h in Broadlands on Huntsman Sq renting for $1550. Weichert is the realtor and the MLS number is LO6712815. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, 1 car garage
