.net jr. to mid-level developers needed

I am seeking three temp to perm .net developers. The work is in Fairfax near Fair Oaks mall. Below is a description:

Job Description:
Responsible for reviewing, understanding, and developing web applications and services using .NET and Microsoft BI tools. Projects may be based on new or existing applications, all relating to healthcare, operations, financial, personnel, and/or readiness. Candidate will have opportunities to solve complex problems and communicate solutions clearly to management, testers, architects, and other team members.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in all phases of software development with a focus on design, development, integration, and testing using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Provide innovative solutions to new or existing problems that leverage the most appropriate technology.
• Ability to manage tasks to completion, actively engaging with team members to resolve.
Qualifications:
• Must possess (or be able to qualify for) a secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree, or combination of education plus equivalent work experience, preferably in Computer Science or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in OOP and n-Tier designs.
• 2+ years of experience with VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET, MVC, LINQ, JQuery, JSON, and other related web technologies.
• Intermediate SQL skills, with experience developing applications against relational databases and data warehouses.
• Exhibit a willingness toward self-improvement and staying current in industry trends.
• Adept at learning and implementing new technologies.

Candidates must be US citizens and will be required to undergo a background investigation. Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
