New Construction In Our Area -- What is it?

interesting, I always heard that after it was built, the land was deemed to be unstable thus no occupancy.

 

I am having so much fun with some of the rumors here I don't want to dispel them. The light thing is sort of true.

Trex (you know the deck people) leased a good part of this building awhile back then decided that their people did not want to move to northern virginia and has or is going to sublease their space out.

But keep those rumors coming so much more fun then reality!!

Very true, I wonder what other things people have heard about this mysterious building

 

A friend of mine works for Booz-Allen-Hamilton and they had leased space. From what he understands there is a lawsuit between the building owner and the County.

County sign regulations specifically prohibit signage that “Outlines any building or part thereof with neon or other permanent lights.”

The builder is saying that the neon lights are integral to the design of the building and that they are not signage.

 

Dude. Then you are DEFINITELY our next POTUS.

 

I heard Kaosdad was going to lease half of that building to be used for his campaign headquarters.

I could be wrong but I heard the developer won the light issue.

As I said in a previous post, I was not sure if was settled or not. I have noticed some building traffic in the past several weeks when before there was none.

 

The developer won - court basically ruled the neon light to be an architectural feature and not a sign. Imagine that!!
